Returning Goods

Goods Damaged On Arrival
If you discover that your goods are visibly damaged on arrival, you should either write on the delivery note that the packaging is damaged, or refuse to accept the delivery. Once the damaged goods have been received back into our warehouse, then we will then send a replace order.
It is your responsibility to return the goods to us in a safe and secure manner and at your cost.

    confusing manual

    The manual for this unit is very incoherent. The manual says to charge the unit for 12 hours before use and yet the unit seems to have come fully charged. The information in the screen display was confusing too because they are 2 types of display shown in the manual. The image used to illustrate my display does not explain all the parts of the display. No set procedure is shown for turning the unit of when the computer is not in use. I was left feeling I have to have the unit on 24/7 becasuse when I turned it of at the mains the unit assumes I have general power failure.

    Good solid and good price, software little old but does the job

    Its a good solid build runs my pc for over 15 minutes with two monitors with time left auto shut down works nicely with the software but its a bit old not sure what new software it works with but does the job.

    Emco 55 Spike Isolator

    I have used it to prevent a small lathe from tripping a circuit (back emf from an old drive controller). I switch off power to the UPS and "start" the lathe off the batteries then reconnect the ups. Worked straight out the box with no need to charge up. Very impressed with the build quality
