I bought this for my wife, she always uses Chloe perfume, I have purchased it previously on eBay, however my wife after spraying the perfuming her neck, has had a severe reaction causing burns to her throat and neck? Chemical burn ? Why ? I have pictures of her throat and neck , it is badly burnt, she had to wash it off completely and seek medical advice, told to use hydrocortisone cream, which stopped the burning, but her throat and neck are damaged , this should not be sold it’s dangerous

We have had no other complaints of this nature at all but we understand why you are so upset. There is nothing in the fragrance that would cause a burn, but we are sorry that your wife seems to have had an allergic reaction.We have offered the free return of the scent and are sorry for any concern this has caused you.
