    We can confirm the hair supplied is exactly as described — 1g per strand. The buyer purchased only 50 bonds, a small amount not intended for a full head. A photo of the extensions on calibrated scales has already been provided as proof, while no evidence to the contrary has been shown. We guarantee the advertised weight and encourage buyers to check on receipt. Rapunzels has traded 19 years and never supplied underweight hair.

If the items had truly been damaged on arrival, it's unlikely they would have been satisfied using them—instead, they would have requested a return and refund.
