I asked 3 questions and I received no answer (which is typical of many sellers) and when I finally received an answer it took 3 days. There's no excuse for that. Packaging was minimal. Never again. I could have bought a new one for 3 dollars more but I thought I would help a small business and this is what happens. The product itself is fine and is new but the seller could have done better.
