Item received was a standard Echo dot 5th Gen, not the one advertised with LED display. When queried, was told 'I am so sorry that I have sent you the wrong item. Unfortunately I have not got any of the Amazon Echo Dot with the clock display in stock at the moment'. I replied 'How can you not have it in stock, when you were advertising it on EBay?' Seller offered a refund, but in the end I agreed to keep it if she refunded postage costs. Possible scam, because it went too cheaply in the auction?

Apologise about our mistakes and have tried to make things right by offerd full refund + returning label but you insisted discount to keep the item and now you made false statement by us scamming you on purpose. "Please could you kindly open a return. I can then send you a return label for a full refund once I received the item." I’m really not happy about this, but will accept the item supplied if you refund the delivery cost. Not what I want, but a solution to this issue." AVOID this BUYER!!
