It is very rare I leave negative feedback and I had no intention of doing this. When the item was received, it was not as described as buyer said item was aged "13-14 oversized" but the label was 10-11yrs. Seller was contacted and they agreed a return which was perfectly fine. However, once the seller received the item, they did not give a refund and I had to ask ebay to step in who closed the case and refunded me. This is disappointing as ebay should not have to be contacted for a refund.
