I don't like leaving negative feedback but feel I have no choice - a plate & saucer was listed and shown in the photographs but they only sent the saucer. On asking they said they didn't have the plate and sorry for the misunderstanding (!?). No reply to my request for a return and refund so had to get ebay to step in and they got me a refund.
