Returning Goods

Goods Damaged On Arrival
If you discover that your goods are visibly damaged on arrival, you should either write on the delivery note that the packaging is damaged, or refuse to accept the delivery. Please contact us within 48 hours with details of the damage. This will help us considerably in raising the matter with our courier.
Once the damaged goods have been received back into our warehouse, then we will then send a replace order.
It is your responsibility to return the goods to us in a safe and secure manner and at your cost.

    Exactly as I was expecting once I updated the UEFI

    My first NVMe drive - but not my first SSD. Speed is noticeably better than the SSD in my old m/c on boot but not by as much as you might expect - but I have read this is what you would expect from technical discussions on NVMe. What is noticeable is the speed of things AFTER booting. One small warning - you may have to perform a UEFI update to get this work as a boot disk reliably. Again, from what I have read, I do not believe this is related to this drive - but a factor in using NVMe as a boot disk more generally. Overall, very pleased.

    XPG SX8200 Pro change in chipset with same model number

    I have an issues where my particular XPG SX8200 Pro uses the SN2262G chipset, ADATA seems to have changed the chipset on more recent XPG SX8200 Pro devices to use the later SN2262EN chipset, my motherboard seems to have a compatibility issue (Gigabyte Aorus z390 WiFi Pro, although the device is on the compatible list of drives, but my assumption is it was tested with the later EN chipset) where the computer will fail to post, or if it does post it fails to recognise the memory correctly and has startup/post issues on rebooting often requiring a CMOS reset. After searching for the issue it seems some other people also have issues with this and other Gigabyte z390 motherboards and the earlier G version of the chipset, but the EN version does work ok, I have contacted ADATA and there is ...

    Purchased for a Lenovo Legion and works flawlessly (as the second M.2 it will not fit in the Original M.2 as you need a single sided NVMe, I used a Corsair P5). The XPG is superb, fast read and write speeds, no temperature issues, everything is - technically speaking - tickety-boo.
