Ordered an jacket that is damaged and really worn out, but looked great on the picture. When I contacted the seller with pictures, I was told this is my fault. Really disappointing.

I'm sorry you are disappointed but as per our messaging, the parcel was signed for and the jacket left here in good condition. After 14 days from signing, you stated it was damaged and unwearable. It was not how the jacket left here. Once again, Im Sorry you are disappointed.
