Awful experience, purchased goods on 15th May and paid extra £5 for 24 tracked delivery, been stuck in a depot ever since - not sellers fault I agree, however despite repeated requests for a refund (it is now almost 2 weeks since purchase), I still have no refund. Seller expects me to close the 'goods no received' case raised before refunding. Have been patient, but my patience has now worn thin and I expect my money returned. Don't like leaving negative but this has been a very poor experience!
