Yep it was me (JW) I think I ran out of coffee. I accidentally shipped the buyer the wrong item (Doh!) Buyer was kind enough to message us first and we allowe them to keep the wrong item and shipped the correct one free of charge. Thank you for the kind words and supporting us :)

Product arrived with slight damage but this was NOT the fault of the supplier.
Package clearly said fragile but the post office had an accident and placed it into a plastic bag.
Nothing was lost from the purchase and I am very happy with the supplier and the delivery. I will be buying product from this supplier again in the future and encourage others to do so with confidence!
