Arrived on time, but this is not new as claimed. The seals are broken and it has been used. Water is still dripping from the filter. The seller's ad says it is brand new box is tatty. This is not true. The seals have been opened and this filter has been used as is evident from the water that is stored and dripping from it. I am wondering if it is not just illegal but environmentally wrong to sell a used filter. Please arrange a full refund immediately and eBay why have you not checked?

Seller sent the item and chose the incompetent and disreputable courier Evri, who failed to deliver it. Evri tracking claims item left in a “secure place” and shows a picture of bins and a bin bag. After four weeks of deliberate delay and obfuscation, Evri now say that the seller can claim compensation, but not the buyer. I have sent the seller several messages over the last four weeks and he has not replied. This refusal to help does not reflect well on him and undermines all our trust in eBay.

    Quality 5 lever sash lock.

    Great value for the money. This is a quality 5 lever sash lock. This a door lock and was a direct replacement for my previous lock so it was easy to fit. it is really smooth when you turn the key so woeld give this 5 Stars.

    Exactly as described and of high quality - was very easy to fit as a replacement lock. Only TWO keys though and the necessary third key cost nearly as much as the lock !!

    This is a 2nd hand high quality 5 lever curtained lock, and is a beautiful piece of equipment, alas the key only worked smoothly from one side of the lock, from the other side it needed a certain amount of wiggling, but after stripping it down and adjusting it, it is now a smooth as silk, Well worth the money,

    Era 5 lever mortice sash lock

    Solid and good quality lock. Had to widen the mortice in the door slightly as the lock casing was very slightly thicker than the previous lock. It has a good powerful spring so works great with my heavy unsprung Edwardian front door handle. No more floppy handle! Just what I needed.

    2.5 Era lock

    The reason in gave 4 stars is due to the fact I bought the wrong size lock it should have been the 3.0. Lock is too small for my door. But that was my fault not the suppliers. From what I could see the lock looks good quality.
