Wi-Fi only capable of 2.4Ghz OR 5Ghz, not both concurrently: really good otherwise.
I am only using fairly basic features for a small home office, partly for IT product testing and training, so have not delved into any of the advanced features or licensing models. VERY disappointed to find the Wi-Fi is only capable of running 2.4Ghz OR 5Ghz at any time, being unable to run both concurrently, making it useless as a Wi-Fi access point for my needs. Initial factory reset was a pain to those new to SonicWall products as it requires very specific steps to put it into safe mode before you can reset, which several online guides got completely wrong. You need to connect to the X0 port (gen5) or Mgmt int (gen6) then hold the reset button for at least 60 seconds before accessing it over IPv4 192.168.168.168 (gen5) or 192.168.1.20 (gen6), this gives you access to the menu where ...
