Just before Kent announced that it was not as described and they had not had the ability to change the description to fit the item. Did I still wanted. I replied, but I would like to see more photos of what I’ve just bought and they have now just refunded me and not sending me photos or giving me the opportunity to purchase this, even though they had my money.

The listing was in correct as it stated that the track pants had a drawstring. A very helpful ebay (Not the buyer) alerted us to this during the auction. We were unable to amend any of the listing as ebay wouldn't allow this as there was a live bid on. i contacted the buyer explained our error and advised that we have added two photos at the end whilst the listing was live. I thought we were being helpful by refunding immediately buyer doesnt.
