I am sorry you were disappointed with the 3 transactions leaving 2 negative and 1 neutral review. For the sake of transparency some additional information - you made me an offer on 2 lots of candles and a brooch, and asked if I would post the brooch with the candles. Tracked postage was not offered with any items. I accepted your offers and payment was received. At no point did you query the postage cost on any item. I posted the 3 lots, including a quantity of free complimentary tea lights.
