You took 13 days to send this at a postage cost of £4.95. It weighed 270g and could have been sent by large letter, costing £2.30. Yes u did inform me it would b late, but that was after 10 days of waiting. Overcharging for such a poor service! Would not recommend.

Thank you very much for your polite feedback. I did contact you to apologise and let you know your order would be late due to personal circumstances out of my control, you could have at that point requested a refund which I would have happily processed for you. To make up for the delay I upgraded your postage from 2nd class to next day day delivery as soon as I was able to get your fabric dispatched. Postage costs are clearly displayed prior to your purchase, parcel was too big for large letter.

The parcel was NOT too big, that is a lie, as I weighed and folded it so it would fit a 2nd class, large letter. I would have cancelled the order but you said u had already got the postage label. Justifying poor service?
