The buyer knew there was a delivery charge from the start as I make the customer fully aware of this & also it's in the listing to pay the delivery man because he's not delivering for nothing .. This customer made a mistake in her sizes & I was quite happy to sort her mistake , but I've never had a customer been so aggressive at me for something wasn't my fault ,so she give me 2 bad feed back saying all different reasons ..…....
