The description of the item was correct and the auction ran to the end. The item was bonded to the vehicle and when removing from the car following the auction completion it unfortunately got damaged. I messaged to let you know what happened, apologised and gave a full refund straight away. You left Negative feedback before giving me a chance to send pictures or even have a discussion.
