I'm leaving positive feedback but I have to say I was a bit disappointed. Firstly, I was charged for postage by royal mail on delivery of my item. Also, the item turned up in a thin carrier bag that was ripped obviously in transit and the item was actually hanging out. Pretty disappointing if I'm honest. In saying that, the seller did refund my postage charge and she was pleasant and helpful. It's only because of this that I gave a positive.
