Someone who clearly cares about his customers and the items they are selling. Excellent communication with a seller who wanted to make sure that the whole experience went right from start to finish. There was a small issue with the battery so postage was delayed but was quickly and efficiently sorted out for me and was kept up to date and notified throughout the whole process.
