Item was as described but arrived over two weeks after being dispatched. After 12 days was informed by Royal Mail that I had to pay an additional £1.50 as the seller had not paid correct postage. Once I paid this then I received item. Had already been in communication with seller regarding the length of time it had been taken. They had proof of postage. When communicated about extra postage that I had to pay said that they had been mis-sold postage. No further communication since 16th Feb.

I gave full communication that I was taking the matter up with the post office after proving that I had been mis-sold postage.
The post office admitted their mistake and have issued a refund to the buyer themselves.
I apologise that this happened but it was down to factors not within my control.
