🥹 So you paid for the television on the Sunday the 21st April, item was dispatched the 23rd April with Parcelforce. On the 25th I received a message asking for update which I most certainly responded too only 2 hours later.
You bought a television, it’s wrapped in about £15 worth of packaging not to mention £9.20 spent sending your item. If Parcelforce are running slowly I suggest you write them a review on their website. Your lies are unnecessary. Item had 5 days dispatch time + delivery…
