Contacted Avern through Ebay and they sorted it immediately by despatching another motor express delivery which proved to be of the expected quality and worked first time. That's the real test of a company is when things don't go quite right, as sometimes happens. I would certainly use this company again. 1st class support. Sorry I can't give more than 5 stars
