I go cold water swimming and use them to put on after drying off. Nice and thick and warm but not heavy. Also use them when doing yoga when it’s cold, it doesn’t restrict your movement at all. The hood is great, you can pull the drawstrings on it and just have your eyes and nose poking out if you want. Lovely and warm. The ankle and wrist ribbed areas aren’t tight, which is great. Good value for money.
