After Pete Ham's unbelievably tragic suicide the members of Badfinger tried to soldier on, releasing two further albums. This was the last "official" Badfinger album recorded. Head First, one with Ham at the helm was released for the first time on vinyl a few months ago, but had been recorded in 1974. The closing track on this one, a Joey Molland number, is one of my favorites of the band. There is also an excellent single, Hold On by Tom Evans and Joe Tansin. This is one of those albums I've inadvertently bought many times before realizing it. I happily let you benefit by letting it go at less than its retail, which I paid.
