      I Could say Urologist Recommended but that might be a slight exaggeration.

      I showed the ingredients to my urologist and he recommended that I take it along with his prescription. He likes various ingredients but commented on the number of metals available. I didn't question the value of that statement.

      The title just says exactly what it is and does.

      A bit pricy with you, but it absolutely the best prostate supplement I have found, and have used it for over 6 years. Sure beats taking medicine and has kept my PSA down around 1.6 or below all that time. Not bad for a 76 year-old with enlarged prostate. Pictures--I'm sure you don't want a picture of my prostate!

      flow on / flow off

      used it and had good flow. stopped taking it to see if changes occurred. decreased flow in 6-7 days. could not order again quick enough. after 4 days improved flow. use it twice a day with another supplement and Flomax. nothing by itself does the trick. piece of advice : never chew capsules, taste is not pleasant.
