    My drink carrier arrived with 2 broken glasses. I contacted seller requesting a partial refund for the broken glasses because items were not packed well. Seller responded "won't the insurance cover it"? I told her I was hoping for a partial refund. Threw out a number of $10 (glasses were vintage). She became enraged and accused me if scamming her. I realized I asked for too much and I apologized. Messages then became very unclear and she refused to negotiate after that.
