The mobile applicatio takes a weight measurement delivered from the scales which is accurate, you enter your height so the app correctly calculates BMI but then just makes an assumption on body fat by making a calculation but does not use bioelectrical impedance analysis (BIA) because it doesn't have a sensor. I messaged twice more before the last arrival date and still no reply Requested to cancel option "it would not arrive in time" Request cancelled, told it had been dispatched, this was not true as not actually dispatch it until 3 days later. In the end I asked Ebay to step in and I received a full refund, so top marks to Ebay they have got your back with bad sellers
