Parcel arrived in Amazon packing even though purchased through E Bay. When I contacted them for a refund as the product I received was not as described. They sent me a QR return label which was for Amazon. I was told that Evri would pick up the package, this did not happen and they failed to respond to further messages. I had to get E Bay involed and I was refunded by E BayReply from: your.essentials.store- Feedback replied to by seller your.essentials.store.- Feedback replied to by seller your.essentials.store.We're very sorry to hear it didn't go as expected.
