    Shipping and Packaging were as described and her earlier than expected delivery. The meter was packaged very well and in great condition when arrived. Value of item could be better for obsolete equipment, but it was in great shape. The supplier did however agree to give me a discount and it was actually less than my lowest offer. I was very pleased, and they contacted me to confirm questions I had very quickly. Would recommend this seller
