    Reached out to seller regarding separate auctions for two small wargame figurines, asking if he’d combine shipping, which was listed as GBP 17 each. Made it explicit that I wasn’t interested in bidding if shipping was GBP 34. He said he’d combine for GBP 17 and refund me the shipping on one of the two auctions. He sent a refund for GBP 4. When I wrote to say that wasn’t what we agreed to and if that was all he could refund then I wanted to cancel the auctions for a full refund. He ignored.
