    Good growth and hair health

    This really help my hair to grow, most important Improve the health within six month, it is good for Afro hair however after 6 month it had no effect, I would recommend taking good hair vitamins, I did not take hair vitimins however still saw good results, this not a strong product but it good if your on a budget want stop your hair falling, assist with hair growth,this is a good start not fill in all your bold spot however it will improve the overall health of your hair and help with thining and improve some bold parts,, you can take a break and return to the product.
