- m***a (377)- Feedback left by buyer.Past yearVerified purchaseI bought a lock a week ago and was contacted by Polywrks (408). to say he hasn't had time to send it, which I wasn't happy about, as I have a customer waiting for a new door lock. I voiced my concerns and had a reply from the seller to say it will be with me by 1 pm on Christmas Eve, a week and a half after I bought the lock. I then had an email the next day saying my order has been cancelled and he is refunding the money.An absolutely awful experience, and I do not recommend Polywrks (408).Reply from: polywrks- Feedback replied to by seller polywrks.- Feedback replied to by seller polywrks.The seller purchased the lock, and when I contacted him 4 days later that I was strugging to find an affordable shipping option, he demanded it be at his door by Monday or he'd request a refund. I explained the soonest I could ship was Tuesday, but at three times the original shipping cost. After not hearing back by Sunday, I refunded him as requested. Given the item's size, there wasn’t much else I could do as I work full time.
