    Appears it is new and well constructed. After the fact I did notice that I could have purchased it elsewhere for less money. My biggest disappointment came in the shipping. It was free shipping and probably sent by the cheapest route the seller could find. I purchased it on April 5 and received it on April 14. It was well packaged which I appreciate. In conclusion check other venues for purchase due to the cost and slow shipping from this seller.
