    Great trainers, ordered a size up as recommended but still too small so had to return. Bit confused and disappointed to be deducted money for not returning in same condition, no communication as to why. Were worn indoors for 20 minutes on carpet and all packaging kept and returned. Rest of refund issued promptly but have now ordered larger size from elsewhere.

    Seller has clarified reason for the deduction which was for postage but for some reason ebay do not provide this as a reason for deduction so alternative ('not in original condition') selected. Thanks to seller for clarifying and apologies for misunderstanding, deduction for shipping is absolutely acceptable.
