It was shipped from Pennsylvania, to Atlanta, past Alabama to Texas, enjoyed several days in Texas, then to Minneapolis, Jacksonville, Florida, back to Atlanta, finally to Birmingham, and Huntsville.     A must

    This is one of King's best. No ghosts, ghouls, or vampires, just people and the frailties of humans. I do think his best writing is about human nature. I'm surprised that this book has not been publicized more because it is excellently written with superb character development.

    The best of Stephen King as Richard Bachman

    I've always loved Stephen King and all his books but the long walk is my all-time favorite and always has been! I've read it a lot of times. It really makes you fall in love with the characters and you're walking along side them. You feel their pain and every other emotion that is described. I actually already owned this book but I bought it for my daughter so I was so happy I was able to find it

    Great story!

    I read this book when I was 19 years old, I'm 48 now and the story stuck in my mind every since. I wanted to read it again, and am enjoying it very much. Probably one of my favorite Stephen king books that I've read.
