    The item was advertised as new, which means in an original, unopened package. This was clearly not new as half the protective packaging was missing, product manual was missing, there were obvious signs of previous use, was dented, and the bean hopper lid was broken. Seller did insure the shipment so we’re working through the claims process but for now they have my money and I don’t have the advertised product. Pictures show all of this. I’ll update this if anything changes vis-a-vis the claim.

    Quality product and easy installation.

    I love the smooth way it operates thru the three different shower heads. The only problem is that I stay longer in the shower because of the rain head.
