    On May 17th I paid $277.20 for a punch bowl set that was delivered to me damaged-the punch bowl itself arrived broken. I contacted the seller to request a refund but was only offered $75 in compensation. When I declined, the seller responded by asking, “Only the bowl was damaged, correct?” The punch bowl is the center piece of the set, and without it, the cups, stand, and ladle are essentially unusable. I’ve been a buyer for many years and have never encountered such disregard for a customer.

    This order contained a bowl, ladle, cups and silver plated stand. I do not accept returns but since the bowl was damaged, I did offer a partial refund for the bowl. Despite my efforts, you insisted on going through Ebay to return everything and I still have not received the return. Of course, we cannot make everyone happy with our efforts and i'm sorry that you were one of those.
