    Arnold Clarke despatched the oil quickly, however the package was damaged beyond repair by the currier (avri) who eventually advised me to contact customer service. After several attempts I rang Arnold Clark direct on Friday. They were aware of the situation and offered refund or to replace the oil. I accepted the replace option which arrived Sat morning less than 24hrs from our telephone conversation An excellent company to deal with good price and service. Very appreciated. Thank you

    Good spark plugs

    Bought for car that had no service history, so found these on Ebay. Certainly overdue for new ones, So popped these in as part of engine service, car runs a treat.

    Worth checking suitability carefully.

    These plugs are advertised as suitable for an Astra 1.4 petrol Model 'H' whereas in my case they were not suitable for my vehicle which is one of the last Astra 'H' Sport with fastback body of 2010. For reasons unbeknown to me they misfired at 1800-2000 rpm despite trying several different gaps in the plugs. On enquiring why this was happening I was told they were unsuitable for cars after Mar 2010. This was not stated in the advert.
