Much stronger and higher quality than the equivalent original fixtures - great value - pack even includes some spare pieces. The assembly video was useful, but it was still a bit fiddly - took me a while to figure out what to do with the wedge-shaped shims to secure the ball joints, but they worked a treat when I found the sweet spot. Might help to include a couple of close-up photos of the pieces in situ to avoid any ambiguity. But a great product, definitely recommended!

Fitting wasn't easy as the small parts are quite fiddly, but with a little bit of perseverance they fitted together and made a nice tight fit. I would say that the ball joints are good value for money and were in good condition.

He sent me a couple of sleeves which he said should solve the problem. After inserting the sleeves the hooks made a satisfying clip when pushed in. I now have no issues with the parcel shelf falling off. I want to say what an excellent seller this is. Very prompt to answer questions and the sleeves he sent were free of charge.
