I thought consumer rights in UK are that if an item is faulty - within 1 year - you can request a refund. They said that as its just over 30 days all they can offer is another case (which may well break again), and for me to pay postage of £2.50 - for a lightweight case that fits in a small envelope. Case has gone in the bin and I'm out of pocket. Avoid - shoddy!
