Fun energetic game for all the family
Fun game for the kids which adults will love too. It has various game modes to keep it interesting. It's just a shame it doesn't come with batteries. It takes 3x AAA. I bought this after playing my nephews Hyper-Dash game which is of different design and I believe no longer available. With Hyper-Dash the tagger is placed completely over the targets, whereas with this version you place the tagger into a shaped cup inside the target which presses on switches underneath the tagger to register the colour. This means you have to be a bit more accurate when placing the tagger, and for one of the colours (purple I think) you have to make sure it's fully vertical before it will register the tag which can be a bit frustrating, especially for younger players. The other difference is that Hyper-Dash shouts out the colour, whereas this game displays a coloured LED which you have to match. This meant that we had to close the curtains because the glare of the sun meant we couldn't see what colour it was displaying. Both games play music and sound effects to keep the tension up but the audible colour announcement on Hyper-Dash was more dynamic and fun. Overall it's a good game which can be kept varied and interesting by laying out the targets differently and playing different game-modes, but it's not as good as Hyper-Dash for anyone who used to play that.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
