    functional

    I was initially skeptical that the dainty legs would hold up the raincoat in my office (a safety version; very heavy; reminds me of a fireman's suit). However, the rack has performed as promised. Ample pegs for coats and hats. It is a little tricky to get the screws started for the legs, but once you get them going it is all downhill on effort. It was performing in under 15 minutes.
