    I am really enjoying my new workout program!!!! The people in it seem like real people which is a major plus. Debbie enchourages you along the way and let's you know that it is okay to modify moves if needed!!! This program was an awesome price and came with a ton of extras I was not expecting like a workout journal!!!! There is more then one kimd of workout routine so you do not get bored with it!!!!!

    The Best Beginners Low Impact with Great Results

    This is a great low impact workout for beginners and more. If you're a beginner, take it easy, modify where you need to. Advanced, go the exercises a little deeper for more affect. Debbie shows you how to modify and gives examples of correct posture for doing them.

    Great workout not too hard not too soft. Gets the blood pumping and easy to follow. Great if you are just starting out getting back into shape.

    Really can see results

    I am on my 3rd cd set. You can see results if you will do it 3-4 times a week. I don’t get excited about exercise videos but this one works so I will continue to order more when I wear them out.
