    Great Seller! FedEx messed up the tracking/delivery and the wesite indicated it was delivered to New Jersey and I live in California. I contacted the seller and he almost immediately sent a replacement item. A couple of days later the original item arrived followed by the replacement. I mailed back the replacement item at my expense because it was not his fault that FedEx messed up the delivery.

    Item was a nice quality ski jacket for a great price. Seller communication was great. It shipped fast and was well packaged. Upon opening item, it immediately became apparent that noone bothered to check the order ( size large cleasrly indicated) and the jacket was a size small. I had to return the jacket and wait for a refund. To sum up this transaction, it really was all just a gigantic waste of time for everyone spanning two weeks.
