Packaging as expected, no visible damage. Here's where I had my issue, there was a missing cable and this product comes with a rubber stopper typically to fasten the nvme ssd in place. Both were missing. A new cable came to £18.53. This sellee went out of their way to refund me £20! Great value for money. 6/5 customer service. Thank you very much Kuzu.
