    The item arrived in a battered and ripped packaging with sellotape to keep it together. Despite having asked the seller several times to assure me the item was new, when I opened it the fabric was full of marks (both on the base of the carrycot fabric and on the internal white lining (black/brown marks). Placing a used item back into the plastic it was purchased in does not make it new. Disappointed with the sellers delayed responses and untruthful description.
