Both love it, It was easy to set up and a great way to get the steps in. It has wheels at the front so the handle can be unscrewed and the whole thing wheeled under the sofa and out of the way. For all their faults, Royal Mail now appear to be the ONLY carrier who actually DELIVER parcels to customers!
