      Awesome

      Got 2 injector from here and it has solved my misfire and idling issues. I was having misfire codes on cold starts that doesn't go away for minutes. I had to replace all the plugs and few of my coils to find out its the injector that causing the issues. I checked the plugs for wetness and gas smell which confirmed my suspicion. Got this injector straightway and fixed the issue. Had to code the new injectors in as well. Everything is fine now. Just earning to replace the rest.

      Working with minor deficiencies

      It runs better than my old faulty injector but it does produce a misfire at times. Tried swapping it and cleaning in an ultrasonic bath with other injectors to make sure it is truly creating a misfire which was confirmed. I can live with it for the price paid as is better than the bad one I had. Does not create noticeable problems on an engine and misfire can only be seen on a computer readings. Usable in other words but lower price would be welcome.

      BMW Index 11 injectors πŸ‘πŸ»

      It would seem that with the index 11 versions, BMW have at long last sorted out the design faults leading to premature failure (leaking, spray pattern etc) however as I’ve only done around 400 miles since fitting them, only time will tell. Up to now though, the engine feels smoother, the MPG has markedly improved around town and motorways by a good 5 MPG, the tailpipes aren’t now sooting up and all the plugs are the correct colour so it seems like proper combustion has been restored.
