Saddle was in perfect condition though. Very happy with the item for the price I paid. However it took a long time to get here considering the cost of postage. Arrived later than suggested on the eBay confirmation email. Delivered by Yodel although the listening stated delivery by Evri (Evri more reliable). Packaging did its job as it arrived in perfect condition! The Saddle was £40 cheaper than anywhere online - Evan’s do the same saddle and you could have got express next day- for an extra £46.00 🤷♂️

Without all the detail following two or three email exchanges the seller sorted the issue amicably. This in my book goes a long way and we all know mistakes can and do happen. It is the way they are dealt with. In this case I would highly recommend this seller.
